Tandem Skydiving

The safest and most popular way to experience skydiving. No experience is necessary, attend a 25 minute class and jump with one of our professional skydiving instructors. Plymouth Sky Sports is one of the few places in the country where students get to deploy their own parachute and help fly and land it on the very first jump. Your first skydive will likely be the most amazing thing you will ever do. Make sure you get it on video to preserve and re-live the intense rush.

Learn to Skydive

Many people are so moved by the tandem experience, the logical next step is to transition into our Solo Training Program (STP) and learn to skydive. We offer the best skydiving education available anywhere. Each jump is more fun than the last, and you will learn all the skills necessary to skydive alone or in groups. We will take you all the way to your USPA skydiving license and beyond. Once you have your license, you can skydive almost anywhere in the world.

Group Skydiving

Once you get your license, you will want to start jumping with your new friends! We help organize and promote group jumps, and always have coaches and instructors on hand to help you get the most out of your skydiving license. Plymouth Sky Sports also has continuing education classes for experienced jumpers, advanced skill training, and friendly competitions to test your new skills and earn free jumps.

Demo Jumps

Plymouth Sky Sports offers demonstration jumps at public venues. With multiple PRO-rated demonstration jumpers on our team, we can handle any venue and provide a show-stopping performance. We often jump with flags and/or smoke, and also carry items into events for our customers (i.e. carrying in a game ball). We are one of the few companies in the country that does tandem demonstration jumps.

Zero to Hero program

So you think you want to earn a living skydiving? Sharing such an awesome experience with people you've just met. You can!

No experience is necessary. Over a three year period we will train you in all aspects of instruction. At the end of the program you will have the following licenses and ratings (in order you will achieve them):

USPA "A" License (requires 25 jumps)

Parachute Packer

USPA "B" License (requires 50 jumps)

USPA Coach rating (requires passing coach rating course)

USPA "C" License (requires 200 jumps)

Professional Videographer (requires over 200 jumps)

USPA AFF (Accelerated Free Fall) rating (requires 6 hours freefall time)

USPA "D" License (requires 500 jumps)

USPA Tandem Instructor rating (requires 500 jumps and 3 years skydiving)

You will also have your own new equipment shortly after you get your "B" license. Your equipment will include a jumpsuit, parachute system with main parachute, reserve parachute, and automatic activation device (aad), and a full camera helmet and cameras for shooting freefall video.

In three years you will have over 1000 skydives. You will be earning money within your first year. You can keep your current job while you train.

During the first year you will get your A, B, and C license. You will become a trained and proficient parachute packer, achieve your USPA Coach rating, and begin shooting video. During your second year you will achieve your USPA AFF rating and your D license. During year 3 you will achieve your USPA tandem instructor rating.
